Public Systems Associates, Inc. today announced LEGISuite LITE, a new streamlined application for tracking Legislative Information that promises significantly more intuitive, responsive, and effective user experiences across platforms and devices.
"The legislatures and local municipalities want to move from paper pushing to doing and in the process accomplish complex tasks faster with more intuitive applications," said Frank J. Individually, the products in the LEGISuite LITE family are major new and condensed releases that offer legislatures new functionality for tracking bill histories, publishing calendars and journals, enabling legislators to more easily communicate with their constituents, allowing easy access to strategic and political information while in session, and broadcasting video and audio within a capitol and over the World Wide Web.
The LEGISuite LITE product family includes:
• Bill Status records statuses of legislation from the chamber, from committee, or wherever official action occurs.
• Docketing gathers information about legislation and makes it available to users via a web browser.
• FrontDesk manages everything from creating meetings, assigning staff, and placing referred bills on the agenda, to taking roll calls, motions amendments, and vote records.
• Search, store ANY type of document and attach XML meta-data to it to allow for easy search and retrieval.
• Reporting organizes reports and offers a unique 6 step tool to create any report of data possible from LEGISuite information.
• XML Webservices Provides XML Webservices for display of legislation information to public website.
